End of College...Recollection Of By-gone Days

To my college RBGC, This is to pay my respect,love and show my gratitude to all the teachers and friends for what I have GAINED from you in the last 3years.I still remember the day when I stepped into this college,in July 2006....it was Raining cats and dogs ,I met one of my old friends from my previouis school who said that she got admitted in the History department of Rani Birla Girls' College.I took English honours and was nervous from the first day thinking how this college and my elders will treat me as i was almost an ALIEN there at that time. A strange fear gripped my heart as I thought How would I behave if Im ragged severly,how would i face my new classmates as it was no more a school. But all my fears and anticipation proved to be wrong when I entered the classroom,with 2 other girls who later became very good friends of mine.All the teachers introduced themselves and gave us a warm reception in this college,.Really!!!my conception of a so called ''strict teacher'' begun to change from that day onwards.Everyday I tried to attend college in order to follow their class lectures which used to surprise me a lot.With inquisitive mind,I always tried to find out answers of what I dont know from them.Really.......S.D mam,J.B mam,M.G mam,A.D,B mam ,A.T.B mam, and last but not the least S.D.G mam.......(who is presently not in India)YOU TAUGHT ME A LOTTT.....Im indebted to you all for what I have learnt .Please shower your blessings upon me so that I can walk ahead successfully.THANKS TO MY CLASS MATES AND FRIENDS.......FOR WHAT I HAVE GAINED FROM YOU......AND FINALLY THANKS TO RBGC for making me a part of it.

The Ever Glowing Magic Lamp!..I must say...brilliantly witty..satirical..intelligentl y highlighting upon some v.v.v.imp issues of our society...through life ofcourse.....Kudos To Mr.Anik Dutta..BB had a certain color of it's own and AP has it's own too..which is making the Lamp all the more bright...and the color is mostly due to the amalgamtion of so many different characters with their own unique t raits..the characters are the representatives of some common urban Bengali prototypes..hilarious moments..specially,the dialogues..the fantasy tale is a layer upon the reality..and Mr.Dutta has wonderfully presented that...Perhaps he was the ventriloquist through the Genie..The First half was brilliantly engaging with a v.good pace...and then the beginning of a journey..which Mr.Anilava,actually the representative of middle class Bengali people was aspiring for..What I mostly liked about this movie was the characterisation part...when a man wishes to rise to the highe...
