Ranjana Ami Ar Ashbo Na....

Kudos to Mr.Anjan Dutta for making such a brilliant film like Ranjana Ami Ar Ashbo Na..the movie has a unique concept,with mindblowing songs as expected from a music maestro like Mr.Anjan Dutta..There were certain twists and turns in this film which made it all the more interesting to the viewers.Parno Mitra,Kanchan Mullick and of course Mr.Dutta were at their best. The storyline deals with how a talent is nurtured and ultimately gets exposed into the world under an expert musician.Troubles and difficulties come across Parno's way,the new talent who is struggling to establish herself as a rockstar.Besides the storyline also emphasises upon very subtle issues of human relationships..and perhaps often man cannot exert his control upon himself and as a result many unpleasant events happen beyond his imagination.Wonderful use of chiaroscuro technique appeals the viewers.Abir chatterjee,Ushahsie chakraborty,Kabir Suman sir and our very known Momo di..Mamata shankar were also good in their respective cameos.!Although towards the beginning it makes one a bit distracted but in the second half it gets it's momentum.Brilliant mixing of comic elements and elements of pathos adds a dimension to the plot.One is bound to feel pity for a character at the end.Overall I have to say that Mr.Dutta is the ROCKSTAR!!..hats off to u sir.!!..

The Ever Glowing Magic Lamp!..I must say...brilliantly witty..satirical..intelligentl y highlighting upon some v.v.v.imp issues of our society...through life ofcourse.....Kudos To Mr.Anik Dutta..BB had a certain color of it's own and AP has it's own too..which is making the Lamp all the more bright...and the color is mostly due to the amalgamtion of so many different characters with their own unique t raits..the characters are the representatives of some common urban Bengali prototypes..hilarious moments..specially,the dialogues..the fantasy tale is a layer upon the reality..and Mr.Dutta has wonderfully presented that...Perhaps he was the ventriloquist through the Genie..The First half was brilliantly engaging with a v.good pace...and then the beginning of a journey..which Mr.Anilava,actually the representative of middle class Bengali people was aspiring for..What I mostly liked about this movie was the characterisation part...when a man wishes to rise to the highe...
